Spot & Small-Acre Work

Precision / Targeted Application

Target smaller areas without unnecessarily running equipment across the entire field — patches, corners, low spots and small parcels.

Treat The Problem, Not The Whole Quarter

A lot of field problems are not field-wide. A weed patch along a slough, a strip of thin crop on a knoll, a hard-to-reach corner, a wet flat in the middle of an otherwise good quarter — all of it usually gets covered anyway, because the machine is already in the field.

Flying a defined area instead lets you apply where it matters. Boundaries are mapped before the flight, so coverage matches the shape of the problem rather than the shape of a sprayer pass.

Where Targeted Work Fits

  • Weed patches, saline spots and problem areas identified in-season.
  • Small parcels, home quarters and acreage-scale fields.
  • Field corners, headlands and margins that are awkward to reach.
  • Low spots and washouts that need reseeding or product on their own.
  • Trial strips and small blocks where you want to keep the area tight.

Practical Notes

Targeted work still needs the same review as a full field: the product, the rate, buffers around water and sensitive areas, wind, and what is growing next door. Small jobs also carry travel — a 15-acre patch two hours away prices differently than 15 acres in the neighbourhood.

If you have several small pieces in one area, grouping them into a single trip usually makes the most sense.

Sending A Request

Give us the location, roughly how big the area is, what you want applied, and how you'd describe the boundary — a slough edge, a marked patch, a corner. That's enough to work out a plan and a price.

Application availability depends on the product, label requirements, site conditions and applicable regulations.
